VIP Priority Selection Event
Due to the “limited” nature of this offering the developers of NorthShore are using a “Priority Selection Event” as the method to release the initial “Phase One” inventory in the Spring of 2008. This process allows those who have an early interest in this upcoming resort community to put themselves into a “Priority” position to make a purchase of a Villa if they so choose to join us as an owner. To participate in this selection event, simply send in your “Fully Refundable” reservation deposit along with your “Reservation Agreement” and our NorthShore team will take care of the rest.
The process is very simply and allows interested families a “no-risk” approach to gathering all the answers to their questions prior to the event itself next Spring. This initial release of property will also be the only NorthShore property release with Pre-Construction pricing coupled with some very special “Founder’s Club” incentives never to be offered again. Timing is truly of the essence, so make sure to call your representative today for all the details on how to get involved.
We will be releasing 20 villas for sale at this event, seven of which will make up the Residence Club. The available villas will include a mix of all villa types, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom plans. Due to the limited nature of this offering, you may purchase no more than two villas per reservation.
