At NorthShore you're buying real estate and will receive a deed to your property which you can sell, rent, hand down to your children, gift, or include in your estate plans. You can also finance your residence the same as you do your home. Part of the appeal of fractional ownership is that they are completely carefree. In addition to having a staff for personalized service at your disposal, at NorthShore you never have to worry about repairs, maintenance or housekeeping. Everything is completely catered and included in the purchase price and annual association dues and taken care of by our professional management company.
